GustedandBeowulf 7ed496ea37 fix: reflect allowed username change in profile setting (#11171)
- When working forgejo/forgejo!8714 I did not touch the UI to remove the
note and `disabled` attribute. This was not intentional, and was likely
caused by me straight going for testing (as the backend code would allow
the username change).
- Slightly refactor the context to a common function, don't hard error
if `CanUserRename` fails but does default to that you cannot rename in
that case (which is the standard behavior of OAuth2 users anyway).

I already was aware that it seems !8714 wasn't working on Codeberg but someone at FOSDEM pointed it out again, thus the reason for this bug fix.

Gustedand0ko b51f97e97d feat: add option to allow non-local users to change usernames (#8714)
Add a new config option for OAuth2 authentication sources: allow users to change their username.

In the case where OAuth2 is more like a social OAuth2 login there's no need to not allow users to change their username. The information how the user is linked to the authentication source is stored in different fields.

GustedandGusted a9c97110f9 feat: add configurable cooldown to claim usernames (#6422)
Add a new option that allows instances to set a cooldown period to claim
old usernames. In the context of public instances this can be used to
prevent old usernames to be claimed after they are free and allow
graceful migration (by making use of the redirect feature) to a new
username. The granularity of this cooldown is a day. By default this
feature is disabled and thus no cooldown period.

The `CreatedUnix` column is added the `user_redirect` table, for
existing redirects the timestamp is simply zero as we simply do not know
when they were created and are likely already over the cooldown period
if the instance configures one.

Users can always reclaim their 'old' user name again within the cooldown
period. Users can also always reclaim 'old' names of organization they
currently own within the cooldown period.

Creating and renaming users as an admin user are not affected by the
cooldown period for moderation and user support reasons.

To avoid abuse of the cooldown feature, such that a user holds a lot of
usernames, a new option is added `MAX_USER_REDIRECTS` which sets a limit
to the amount of user redirects a user may have, by default this is
disabled. If a cooldown period is set then the default is 5. This
feature operates independently of the cooldown period feature.

Added integration and unit testing.

3c9b3ddf5c Do not rewrite ssh keys files when deleting a user without one (#6097)
### Problem

Big instances can have huge authorized_keys files when using OpenSSH instead of the internal ssh server. Forgejo always re-generates the contents of that file when a user is deleted, even if he does not even have a public key uploaded. In case of codeberg.org, a 15MB file gets rewritten. If we batch delete 100 Spam users without ssh keys, we rewrite 1.5GB, this takes time and wears the SSD. In addition, there is a high chance of hitting a race contidion bug, when deleting users in parallel.

### Solution / Mitigation

This patch prevents rewriting authorized_keys files, when not necessary. It greatly speeds up deleting malicious users, saves IO bandwidth and SSD wear. It also greatly reduces the chance of hitting a race condition bug. Fixing the race condition is not the scope of this patch though.

Gusted 190383dbf8 [BUG] Don't delete inactive emails explicitly
- `user_model.DeleteInactiveEmailAddresses` related code was added in
Gogs as part to delete inactive users, however since then the related
code to delete users has changed and this code now already delete email
addresses of the user, it's therefore not needed anymore to
`DeleteInactiveEmailAddresses`.
- The call to `DeleteInactiveEmailAddresses` can actually cause issues.
As the associated user might not have been deleted, because it
was not older than the specified `olderThan` argument. Therefore causing
a database inconsistency and lead to internal server errors if the user
tries to activate their account.
- Adds unit test to verify correct behavior (fails without this patch).

KN4CK3RandGitHub f8b471ace1 Unify user update methods (#28733)
Fixes #28660
Fixes an admin api bug related to `user.LoginSource`
Fixed `/user/emails` response not identical to GitHub api

This PR unifies the user update methods. The goal is to keep the logic
only at one place (having audit logs in mind). For example, do the
password checks only in one method not everywhere a password is updated.

After that PR is merged, the user creation should be next.

hiifongandGitHub 4628aa5251 fix incorrect repo url when changed the case of ownername (#25733)
When only the case of the username changes and the new username is
consistent with the lowercase username of the old user name, update the
owner name of the repo, and keep the original logic consistent with
other conditions.

example: your username is `gitea`, lowercase username is `gitea`,repo
url is `.../gitea/{repo}`, you changed username to `Gitea` or `GiTea` or
other, but the lowercase username is still `gitea`, the repo url is
still `.../gitea/{repo}`.

this pr fixed it,keep username and repo url consistent.

The only exception: if a WebP image is larger than MaxOriginSize and it
is animated, then current `webp` package can't decode it, so only in
this case it isn't supported. IMO no need to support such case: why a
user would upload a 1MB animated webp as avatar? crazy .....

There is also a new method `db.AutoTx` has been introduced but could be used by other PRs.

`WithTx` will always open a new transaction, if a transaction exist in context, return an error.
`AutoTx` will try to open a new transaction if no transaction exist in context.
That means it will always enter a transaction if there is no error.
