Currently, Forgejo supports configuring static group team mappings for
an OIDC authentication source that map OIDC groups to Forgejo
organizations and teams. For example, the following mapping
```json
{"Developer": {"MyForgejoOrganization": ["MyForgejoTeam1", "MyForgejoTeam2"]}}
```
automatically adds a user in the OIDC group `Developer` to the teams
`MyForgejoTeam1` and `MyForgejoTeam2` in organization
`MyForgejoOrganization`.
In order to support more dynamic mappings and to avoid having to update
the mappings for new organizations and teams, add an additional
configuration option that supports mappings with placeholders like in
the following example:
```json
["group-{org}-{team}", "other:{org}/{team}"]
```
In this example, the mappings add a user in OIDC groups
`group-org1-team1`, `group-org2-team2`, and `other:org3/team3` to team
`team1` in organization `org1`, team `team2` in organization `org2`, and
to team `team3` in organization `org3`.
Additionally, this adds a configuration option to dynamically remove
users from organization teams. If enabled, a user is removed from all
teams that are not added via a static or dynamic mapping. Thus, users
are only in teams that are added via such a mapping and no other teams.

This modifies usernames of ActivityPub accounts to use the @example@example.tld
format with an additional optional port component (e.g. @user@example.tld:42).
This allows accounts from ActivityPub servers with more relaxed username
requirements than those of Forgejo's to interact with Forgejo. Forgejo would
also follow a "de facto" standard of ActivityPub implementations.
By separating different information using @'s, we also gain future
opportunities to store more information about ActivityPub accounts internally,
so that we won't have to rely on e.g. the amount of dashes in a username as
my migration currently does.

register with an email address containing a comment, for example
"attacker@evil (comment@broken)". This commit fixes this issue by only
operating on normalized email addresses.

Currently, if you try to add an "external" link to a release in Forgejo,
the validation code checks for basic URL soundness and then specifically
checks that the URL is not an API URL.
In some cases, it may make sense to link to instance API URLs (like when
you want to create a release that links to several different repos'
packages). Relax this check so it only validates basic URL soundness.

- Use mock helper functions, instead of home-brew solutions.
- Disable cron jobs that are not important to be run during integration tests and might even interfere.
- Avoid sleeping unnecessary, if there's some requirement then sleep or retry until that requirement is met.
- Avoid trying to deliver webhooks that will always result in a failure.

This fixes a TODO in the code to validate the RedirectURIs when adding
or editing an OAuth application in user settings.
This also includes a refactor of the user settings tests to only create
the DB once per top-level test to avoid reloading fixtures.

library. This library has two benefits, it removes the usage of
`github.com/goccy/go-json` (has no benefit as the minimo library is also
using it). It adds the `TrimSpace` feature, which will during the
binding part trim the spaces around the value it got from the form, this
is done before validation.

This PR implements the mapping of user groups provided by OIDC providers
to orgs teams in Gitea. The main part is a refactoring of the existing
LDAP code to make it usable from different providers.
Refactorings:
- Moved the router auth code from module to service because of import
cycles
- Changed some model methods to take a `Context` parameter
- Moved the mapping code from LDAP to a common location
I've tested it with Keycloak but other providers should work too. The
JSON mapping format is the same as for LDAP.

Use [chi](https://github.com/go-chi/chi) instead of the forked [macaron](https://gitea.com/macaron/macaron). Since macaron and chi have conflicts with session share, this big PR becomes a have-to thing. According my previous idea, we can replace macaron step by step but I'm wrong. :( Below is a list of big changes on this PR.

If you add t.Logf("%+v %+v", actual, testCase.expectedErrors) to
the test code, you'll notice that only Errors' Messages are being
compared:

FieldNames and Classification are ignored in comparison.
Moreover, an Errors slice with a single Error with empty message
is formatted as '[]' (the same as empty slice), which is also
error-prone. I discovered this when working on #7791 when one test which
