hiifongandEarl Warren ae51a90181 Fix parentCommit invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference. (#33204 )

When the parent Commit does not exist on gitea, an error will be
reported when opening the Commit details page: invalid memory address or
nil pointer dereference.

Git Module

This module is merged from https://github.com/go-gitea/git which is a Go module to access Git through shell commands. Now it's a part of gitea's main repository for easier pull request.
