This fixes a regression introduced by58a4407acbfrom 2022 which reintroduced passing `--skip` to `git rev-list` in favor of the custom skipping reader based on `io.CopyN` from59d1cc49f1and then forgetting to also revert the `--max-count=CommitsRangeSize*Page` math. Git Module
This module is merged from https://github.com/go-gitea/git which is a Go module to access Git through shell commands. Now it's a part of gitea's main repository for easier pull request.
