This modifies usernames of ActivityPub accounts to use the @example@example.tld
format with an additional optional port component (e.g. @user@example.tld:42).
This allows accounts from ActivityPub servers with more relaxed username
requirements than those of Forgejo's to interact with Forgejo. Forgejo would
also follow a "de facto" standard of ActivityPub implementations.
By separating different information using @'s, we also gain future
opportunities to store more information about ActivityPub accounts internally,
so that we won't have to rely on e.g. the amount of dashes in a username as
my migration currently does.

This breaks the reference's contents into a new line to make more space for the contents, and because using a single column to present information is something we do not do in the sidebar. Although further changes to other components may be required so that the sidebar looks uniform in its entirety, this small tweak is a small start.

Contributors use CI pipeline runs as a frame of reference to figure out
whether their work adhere's to Forgejo's quality assurance standards.
If a test label is missing and the CI does not run, the 'error message'
shown can cause confusion, as it might give the contributor the idea
that some action is expected from their part.
This change explicitly mentions that a reviewer must set the test

There are various commands of the Forgejo CLI that do not actually need Git, because i.e. they only issue network requests. Matter of fact, most occurrences do not actually require Git.
By removing the Git initialization, operations by e.g. the manager will not fail in the absence of a Git binary. This is mostly relevant for an in-the-works Landlock implementation, which aims to minimize access to paths depending on the situation. Although we should expect that Git will be installed on the same system that the user is running Forgejo from, it somewhat slows things down, whereas the same edge cases that we are trying to protect the user from _could_ be achieved by keeping the `setting.RepoRootPath` check.

This is a follow-up for 5e1bd8af5f, which
was my first commit to Gitea. It is also a follow up for the
Gitea PR #29300 (https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/23900) created
by myself, which turned stale.
This change partially restores the behavior of Gitea PR #23747
(https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/23747) by wxiaoguang, but
maintains the lock.
The original idea was to differentiate things from GitHub and GitLab a
little bit, and show the email address on the profile. The profile is
not only a place where the user chooses to show how they present
themselves on an instance, it is also a place where they can assess
their relationship *with* the instance, as it provides features such
as the Public Activity feed that can be only shown to the user, in
private.
It's, in some way, a dashboard. The email was shown there to remind
the user that this is the primary email that will be used by a supposed
administrator to contact them. There were other motivations behind that
change as well, but, long story short, the idea did not work very well,
as some people (e.g. people livestreaming on the Internet, or 'normal'
users sharing their screens) do not want to put their email address
out there when showing their screen to other people.
Other alternatives, such as blurring the text or only showing the real
email address, were explored, but were rejected because of
browser compatibility and simplicity reasons. The padlock icon that
is shown when showing the email address to other people has been kept.
One viable alternative could be displaying the placeholder email
instead, but that requires some more thought.
Fixes https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/1950.
The current format makes the text look somewhat like this:
```
testing.yml #15065 :Commit 103306f00c pushed by n0toose
```
This looks wrong. We will have to work on that list at a later point
in time anyways, as well as make the way that we separate information
in subheaders in lists like this one more consistent.
However, this should do for now.
This change should make each entry look like this instead:
```
testing.yml #15065 - Commit 103306f00c pushed by n0toose
```
Using "data-target", it is possible to set a value to a target element
that can enable it or disable it. Using "data-context" lets us perform
the opposite action on a different target.
Before, only the #external_wiki_box target was used, which was enabled
or disabled depending on whether the user has chosen to use the internal
wiki or the external wiki. If the user chooses to use the internal wiki,
they will disable the box that lets them enter a link pointing to an
external wiki, and vice versa. Although it is not possible to use, say,
boolean operations, we can introduce a target that is
called #globally_writeable_checkbox that gets enabled when
the #external_wiki_box box is disabled, and vice versa.
This makes the box's behavior more consistent with the behavior in the
"Issues" section. To keep things consistent with that section, a new
property was assigned to the "globally_writeable_checkbox" that makes
the box go a bit further in (`tw-pl-4`).
Continuation of #2444, which introduced the commit
bf7fb89178 but only added
the label and the tests.
The tooltip explaining what AGit is and its advantages is not
meant to advertise AGit - it is meant to inform the reader that
is presumably not familiar with the workflow that they will not
be able to find a fork or a branch associated with the Pull Request
as a direct consequence of this workflow.
Issue #2474 mentions that we should show instructions on how to
fetch an AGit-created Pull Request, and this is the plan. However,
this may take time, so I might as well make the label a bit more
"complete" and less out-of-place for now if we do not manage to
improve these instructions until the next release (Forgejo v1.22).
Refs: https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/2474
Adds a label to Pull Requests that were created using AGit-Flow,
in order to prevent situations where a contributor uses AGit-Flow
to push new changes - only to realize that they did not use AGit-Flow
in the first place, and that they just opened a new PR accidentally
(that was me).
Also intended to raise general awareness about the feature. Some
additional work, such as adding a tooltip, still needs to be
done.
A small typo fix for a comment and (exclusively) formatting fixes
in the copyright header are also included.

By default, Gitea does not select any map service that can be used
to introduce a 'Show this place on a map' button in the location
field of a user profile. Before I tried upstreaming this change to
Gitea, this was the case in Forgejo. This patch essentially recovers
this functionality, which is nice for public-facing instances and
communities.

- The RSS Feed icons were placed in a proper button, so that it does
not look "inconsistent". This also makes the problem of the button
being improperly aligned go away.
- The icon that shows on user profiles has not been modified because
of a lack of better implementation ideas.
- Where applicable, the RSS Feed icon was put directly next to the
Follow button (right menu), as both functionalities effectively
share the same purpose.
- Despite the attempt at achieving less inconsistency, a conscious
decision to not add any text to those buttons was made, opting for
tooltips instead. "Make it present, but not too annoying."
- A special exception was made for the Releases pages (which contains
text, not a tooltip), where an RSS feed would be particularly
beneficial to users.
The fact that the RSS functionality is explicitly optional was taken
into account, and these improvements were made with public-facing
instances (where the feature works best) in mind.
Even if GetDisplayName() is normally preferred elsewhere, this change
provides more consistency, as usernames are also always being shown
when participating in a conversation taking place in an issue or
a pull request. This change makes conversations easier to follow, as
you would not have to have a mental association between someone's
username and someone's real name in order to follow what is happening.
This behavior matches GitHub's. Optimally, both the username and the
full name (if applicable) could be shown, but such an effort is a
much bigger task that needs to be thought out well.
I kept sending pull requests that consisted of one-line changes. It's
time to
settle this once and for all. (Maybe.)
- Explain Gitea behavior and the consequences of each
setting better, so that the user does not have to consult
the docs.
- Do not use different spellings of identical terms
interchangeably, e.g. `e-mail` and `email`.
- Use more conventional terms to describe the same things,
e.g. `Confirm Password` instead of `Re-Type Password`.
- Introduces additional clarification for Mirror Settings
- Small adjustments in test
- This is a cry for help.
- Grammar and spelling consistencies for en-US locale
(e.g. cancelled -> canceled)
- Introduce tooltip improvements.

This commit assumes that the warning can be made more discreet
so as to make it less annoying for the people that do not actually
need the warning, without necessarily increasing the risk for those
that do need it.
This doesn't fix the underlying problem of the warning being shown
in certain cases that, say, a certain kind of whitespace character
like 0x1E could be absolutely justifiable from a technical
perspective.

- Improve "Hide the activity from the profile page" label
- E-Mail privacy icon in user profile now redirects to Privacy section
- E-Mail privacy settings moved to Privacy section
Previously, the user was redirected to the setting itself, however,
that is not a good design choice because the setting itself would
be at the very top of the user's browser window. This fix doesn't
fix the problem entirely, but it is definitely an improvement
compared to its previous iteration.
Very small UX change, "confusable" is a word that is indeed valid, but
when you look it up online, it doesn't take long for this adjective to
appear in [its technical Unicode-related
context](https://util.unicode.org/UnicodeJsps/confusables.jsp). I think
that it throws me off as a person that doesn't speak English natively.
I think that this could be replaced with "can be confused with". As the
change is very small and purely a matter of preference, if you (the
maintainer) believe that this shouldn't be included, feel free to close
this without any further discussion, as your time would probably be
better used elsewhere.
I've heard many reports of users getting scared when they see their own
email address for their own profile, as they believe that the email
field is also visible to other users. Currently, using Incognito mode
or going over the Settings is the only "reasonable" way to verify this
from the perspective of the user.
A locked padlock should be enough to indicate that the email is not
visible to anyone apart from the user and the admins. An unlocked
padlock is used if the email address is only shown to authenticated
users.
Some additional string-related changes in the Settings were introduced
as well to ensure consistency, and the comments in the relevant tests
were improved so as to allow for easier modifications in the future.

#### Screenshot (EDIT: Scroll down for more up-to-date screenshots)
***Please remove this section before merging.***

This lock should only appear if the email address is explicitly hidden
using the `Hide Email Address` setting. The change was originally tested
on top of and designed for the Forgejo fork, but I don't expect any
problems to arise from this and I don't think that a
documentation-related change is strictly necessary.
