- Replace the [Monaco Editor](https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/)
with [CodeMirror 6](https://codemirror.net/). This editor is used to
facilitate the 'Add file' and 'Edit file' functionality.
- Rationale:
- Monaco editor is a great and powerful editor, however for Forgejo's
purpose it acts more like a small IDE than a code editor and is doing
too much. In my limited user research the usage of editing files via
the web UI is largely for small changes that does not need the
features that Monaco editor provides.
- Monaco editor has no mobile support, Codemirror is very usable on mobile.
- Monaco editor pulls in large dependencies (for language support) and
by replacing it with Codemirror the amount of time that webpack needs
to build the frontend is reduced by 50% (~30s -> ~15s).
- The binary of Forgejo (build with `bindata` tag) is reduced by 2MiB.
- Codemirror is much more lightweight and should be more usable on
less powerful hardware, most notably the lazy loading is much faster
as codemirror uses less javascript.
- Because Codemirror is modular it is much easier to change the
behavior of the code editor if we wish to.
- Drawbacks:
- Codemirror is quite modular and as seen in `package.json` and in
`codeeditor.ts` we have to supply a lot more of its features to have
feature parity with Monaco editor.
- Monaco editor has great integrated language support (features that
an lsp would provide), Codemirror only has such language support to an
extend.
- Monaco editor has its famous command palette (known by many as its
also available in VSCode), this is not available in code mirror.
- Good to note:
- All features that was added on top of the monaco editor (such as
dynamically changing language support depending on the filename)
still works and the theme is based on the VSCode colors which largely
resembles the monaco editor.
- The code editor is still lazy-loaded (this is painfully clear by
reading how imports are passed around in `codeeditor.ts`).
- This change was privately tested by a few people, a few bugs were
found (and fixed) but no major drawbacks were noted for their usage of
the web editor.
- There's a "search" button in the top bar, so that search can be used
on mobile. It is otherwise only accessible via
<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>f</kbd>.

When new content is added via JS and htmx is not used for this change,
htmx need to be informed that DOM changes happened and that it needs to
reprocess the DOM (or at least the changed parts).
When a diff is really large, it is hidden by default. The user can press
a button to load the diff, which then will be added via JS.
The diff contains buttons to expand it, which are using htmx behind the
scenes. Therefore a reprocessing via htmx needs to be triggered after
adding the large diff.

This commit changes the commit link rendering (link to a single commit,
a diff, a PR, etc):
1. If it is a link to something on the local instance:
1.1. If it is to the same org and repo, the link is just e.g. the
commit hash
1.2. If it is to another repo, the link is the org/repo/commit hash
2. If the link is to another instance:
The link is the domain/optional sub path/org/repo/commit hash
This change is made to keep the link as short as possible, while not
hiding that the link may go to an external instance.

The timeline event for a dismissed review didn't used the `AvatarUtils` until now. The `AvatarUtils` also adds classes to the img tag, which makes sure the avatar is correctly styled and not stretched.
This PR replaces the img tag with the expected call to the `AvatarUtils`.

Change that the Cancel button is shown until all jobs are finished and do not hide it, when the first job failed.
Additionally the wrapping of the header was changed.

The change prevents unnecessary resizing of the text field.
## Testing
- Compose some text e.g. in an issue
- Enter a lot of lines, until the compose field is as big as possible
- Move the screen up, the top of the compose field should leave the screen, but the last e.g. 5 lines should still be visible on the screen
- Append some text
- Make sure the textfield just gets bigger, but doesn't jump to the bottom of the page

This adds pasted images to the dropzone to provide the same experience
as when using the dropzone. This gives the possibility to preview and
delete the image. Additionally it provides a copy button to copy the
markdown code for inserting the image.
Removed the old implementation in `repo-legacy.js` and generalized
everything in `common-global.js` as common implementation.
Replaced old jquery code with plain JS.

The benefit / functionality provided by DiffFileList is already (better)
integrated in the header of the files.
If you want an overview, you can collapse all files via the same
overflow menu (where the stats were available).
To reduce the maintenance effort, the DiffFileList component is
therefore removed.
When editing a list or similar syntax elements, pressing enter starts a
new line with the line introducer (e.g. `- ` for a plain list).
But currently it's uncomfortable when someone wants to leave the list.
Pressing enter again simply adds more and more lines with the prefix.
With this change the list is terminated if enter is pressed on a line
which contains the introducer but nothing else. This behavior is known
from other markdown editors like the on used by GitLab or GitHub.
Additionally I changed the regex for detecting a prefix.
- Why: With the change you can add a single whitespace at the end if you
want to keep an "empty" line. So if you want to write:

- First
-
- Third
```
You just need to add a whitespace in the second line to prevent that
the prefix will be removed.
- Changes in detail:
- ordered bullet list prefix detection:

- todo list and unordered list prefix detection:
have been split up:
- todo list: Changed that only 1 to 4 whitespaces can be between the
list char (`-`,`*`,`+`) and the checkbox (`[ ]`,`[x]`) - Why? If
more then 4 spaces are between the list char and the checkbox,
this is no longer detected as a prefix for a todo item based on
the markdown standard. Due to the amount of spaces it is instead
parsed as code.
- unordered list: The prefix now needs to have exactly one space
after the list char (`-`,`*`,`+`). More spaces will not be taken
into account for detecting the prefix.
- quote prefix detection:
nothing changed
The current e2e-tests where simplified and duplicated tests where
removed. Test cases for the new functionality where added.
Currently, the content of the text field is not reset when you cancel editing. This change resets the content of the text field when editing is canceled.
If this is not done and you click on cancel and then on edit again, you can no longer return to the initial content without completely reloading the page.

This aligns the popup width of the label selector during issue creation
to the width of the label selector in an already created issue.
(The inherited width from "ui form" is reset to prevent width: 100% on the
input element in the search box.)
This adds org-mode readmes to the extensions that are prioritized when
searching for readme. Org-mode readmes come after markdown readmes in
terms of priority and before txt readmes.

This removes the difference between high density images and other images regarding the pasting.
## Why
With this change, all images are clickable by default again. I don't think there is any problem regarding the img size because 1. it is the old behaviour, 2. the comment container already limits the size of the image.
## Alternatives
We can add an a-tag automatically when the user pastes an image. I do not prefer this because this adds a really long text (it's already bad with the img-tag) e.g.: `<a href="/attachments/28cf2254-13be-46c6-a433-efc77f556083" target="_blank"><img width="385" alt="grafik" src="/attachments/28cf2254-13be-46c6-a433-efc77f556083"></a>`

When a comment was added and saved with the preview tab active, the
preview tab is still active, when the comment is edited again.
This adds a "hacky" solution, but it works and is simple.
Every time the edit is "started" and the editor already exists, the tab
with the edit text field gets clicked to activate it.

When all repository units are deactivated except for the code unit, the activity tab will not be shown.
Since the activities tab also shows contributing stats, it would be good to show the activities tab also when only code is active.
This commit changes the behavior when the activities tab is shown.
Previous it would only be shown when Issues, Pull-Requests or Releases are activated. Now it would additionally be shown when the code unit is activated.

If incoming email is configured and an email is sent, inline
attachments are currently not added to the comment if it has the
`Content-Disposition: inline` instead of
`Content-Disposition: attachment` as e.g. with Apple Mail.
This adds inline attachments (`Content-Disposition: inline`) that have a
filename as attachment to the comment.
Fixes#3496
This will move the settings button back to the right, like known from
older versions.
For this, the overflow-menu was changed when a setting button is
available. If no settings button is available, the behavior will not
change.
